Healthwatch Norfolk

I am getting in touch from Healthwatch Norfolk. We are an organisation that works to ensure the patient voice is reflected within Health and Social Care across the county.

Healthwatch Norfolk are working with The Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust in Kings Lynn to find out how people living in the area would like to be communicated with about their health, their hospital and how they could be involved in making changes.

I was wondering if you would be so kind as to include some information about this in any parish publications you might have so that your communities are aware of this and are able to have their say.

The survey can be found here:

Alternatively, you can request a print or Easy Read version of the survey by emailing or calling 0808 168 9669. You can also complete the survey if you are a paid or unpaid carer of someone who uses the hospital or lives nearby.

All responses will be anonymised and put into a report, which will be shared with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and be publicly available on our website.

I have also attached an image and a QR code which links to the survey, should you wish to add anything to a newsletter.
